What advice would you give to young professionals?
Learning suitability shouldn’t not only happen when you’re young – learning is an adaptability process of life; My life is a perpetual learning process. In my company we qualify the ESD performance by zapping each pin 30 times on several RJ45 ports in the network switch to simulate mistreatment that might occur during handling or mounting an assembly. Without internal ESD-protection circuits, a badly Zapp could occur receiving a static charge as low as 10V. – art.s
